      • For children 4 and under<\/strong>, one parent per child<\/strong> may accompany them<\/li>
      • All guests<\/strong> must wear comfortable gym clothes and go barefoot<\/strong> during activities<\/li>
      • Arrive 15 minutes early<\/strong> to sign waivers (or complete online)<\/li>
      • No extra time<\/strong> in the gym or party room unless booked 1 week in advance<\/strong> at $40 per additional 15 minutes<\/strong><\/li>
      • Call us 7 days before<\/strong> the party to confirm the number of children attending (important for coach-to-child ratios)<\/li>
      • Coaches may refuse entry if the number of children exceeds allowed limits<\/li>
      • Party bookings require full payment<\/strong>.<\/li>
      • Changes made within 2 weeks<\/strong> of the event: $65 change fee<\/strong><\/li>
