Acrobatic Gymnastics

Acrobatic Gymnastics is a spectacular sport for people who want to share the thrill of performing balances, flips and twists with their friends. Acrobats find themselves balancing on their teammate's feet, hands or shoulders. With roles as tops, middles, or bases, there is a place for everyone in Acrobatic Gymnastics.

This program helps to enhance balance, co-ordination and agility; develops posture and confident body movement; including the ability to land safely, challenge the mind and body to courageously reach new goals. It also builds strength, flexibility and power.

This special program is great on its own, or even better taken in combination with one of our other recreational programs.

Acro1

Acro 1 (Co-ed) – Ages 6-9

This program helps to enhance balance, co-ordination and agility; develops posture and confident body movement, including the ability to land safely, challenges the mind and body to courageously reach new goals. It also builds strength, flexibility and power.

This special program is great on its own, or even better taken in combination with one of our other recreational programs.

Acro2

Acro 2 (Co-ed) – Ages 10-12
