Where Strength Meets Grace

Acrobatic Gymnastics & Acro Dance

Acrobatic Gymnastics is a dynamic sport blending tumbling, flexibility, balance, and teamwork with choreographed dance. Athletes train on air tracks, tumble tracks, floor, beams, and pegs to develop individual and partner skills—eventually performing breathtaking lifts, balances, and pyramids.
