Using trampolines, Tumble Trak, and floor work, these classes build strength, coordination, and tumbling skills — perfect for athletes in cheer, dance, martial arts, skiing, snowboarding, wrestling, and more.

Ages 6+ | All Skill Levels

This class is an individualized tumbling class, perfect for athletes of all levels who are interested in learning how to tumble! Beginner tumblers will learn the proper technique and execution of cartwheels, round-offs and the beginning techniques of standing back handsprings and round-off back handsprings. Intermediate tumblers will learn and strengthen proper technique of standing and running back handspring series and begin to learn the proper technique of round-off back handspring back tucks.

Fly & Flip: Tumbling & Trampoline

This dynamic, skill-based class is ideal for athletes from all sports—cheer, dance, skating, martial arts, and more—who want to build powerful tumbling and trampoline skills in a safe, supportive environment.

Athletes are grouped by level and progress at their own pace:
Beginner athletes will focus on core skills such as cartwheels, round-offs, and foundational drills for back handsprings.
Intermediate athletes will refine technique on standing and running back handspring series, and begin progressions toward back tucks and aerial skills.

Each session emphasizes body control, safe landings, air awareness, and confidence—all key for success in and out of the gym.

Tumbling for Dancers

Designed just for dancers. Focus on acrobatic floor work and skills like aerials, walkovers, kip-ups, valdez, and handspring variations. Great for adding dynamic movement to dance routines.
