Alina Florea - Propriétaire et entraîneuse-chef de gymnastique
Alina Florea est une ancienne gymnaste roumaine et entraîneuse nationale (1993-1999). Elle a entraîné Andreea Raducan, ancienne membre de l'équipe nationale olympique roumaine et championne olympique en 2000.
Alina est titulaire d'un baccalauréat en éducation physique et sportive et d'un baccalauréat en enseignement. Certifiée entraîneure de niveau IV en gymnastique artistique féminine du PNCE, elle entraîne des athlètes de niveau provincial et national en Ontario depuis 2003. Alina a mis sur pied et géré un solide programme de haute performance à Ottawa et compte parmi ses athlètes de nombreux champions provinciaux, de l'Est du Canada et même un champion national. Le programme qu'elle a développé assure le développement et la réussite continus de ses athlètes.
Paul ApSimon - Propriétaire et clôture Entraîneur-chef
Le club d'escrime TRYumph/Ottawa est dirigé par l'entraîneur-chef Paul ApSimon, entraîneur certifié de niveau 4 (ACD – Diplôme d'entraîneur avancé). Paul a été chef d'équipe et entraîneur de fleuret pour les équipes olympiques canadiennes d'escrime de 2000, 2012, 2016 et 2020. Il a aidé l'équipe féminine de fleuret à remporter la toute première médaille d'or du Canada en escrime féminine aux Jeux panaméricains de Toronto. Plus récemment, Paul a entraîné Eleanor Harvey vers le meilleur résultat de l'histoire du Canada aux Jeux olympiques : une septième place.

Ella joined Team Ontario on Monday at East York Gymnastics for the Ontario Team training camp in preparation for Eastern Championships 🇨🇦

La salle propose un large choix de cours et d'horaires. Les entraîneurs sont professionnels, sympathiques et inspirants. L'accueil et la direction sont très serviables et tout est bien organisé. Nous allons à Tryumph depuis quelques années maintenant et nous l'adorons. Les entraîneurs sont sympas et dynamiques et encouragent toujours les enfants à donner le meilleur d'eux-mêmes. Ils ont travaillé avec nous pour trouver le cours le plus adapté à nos besoins, et ils sont toujours très sympathiques et serviables. L'ambiance est vraiment chaleureuse. J'ai vu mon fils prendre énormément confiance en lui cette saison grâce à son entraîneur, tout en maîtrisant de nouvelles compétences. Quel endroit fabuleux ! Nous recommandons toujours cette salle de sport.

J'attribue 5 étoiles à TRYumph Gymnastics. Ils sont très professionnels et leur chronométrage est impeccable. Et surtout, ils sont super avec les enfants. Ma fille s'est inscrite à la gymnastique au printemps et elle avait hâte d'y retourner à chaque fois. Elle m'a fait payer les cours d'été et d'automne ! Nous avons aussi fêté des anniversaires là-bas. On a envie d'y emmener ses enfants. C'est amusant !

Nous cherchions un camp proposant des activités ninja et d'obstacles, et nous avons eu la chance de trouver TRYumph. Notre fille rentrait chaque jour à la maison, ravie de ses activités ninja, de gymnastique et d'escrime ! Nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir nous inscrire à la journée, car nous étions de passage pour la semaine.
