Ninja Drop-In
60 minutes of supervised open gym time in which children and adults may take advantage of our Ninja facility in an open and fun atmosphere. The coach will lead a short warm up follow by safety instructions and will give pointers in how to use the equipment with appropriate technique.
Gymnastics Drop-In
60 minutes of supervised open gym time in which children under the age of 2.5 – accompanied by an adult – may take advantage of our gymnastics facility in an open and fun atmosphere.
Ninja et Gymnastique en Famille
90 minutes de gymnastique ouverte supervisée pendant lesquelles les enfants de 14 ans et moins accompagnés d’un adulte peuvent profiter de notre salle de gymnastique dans une ambiance ouverte et ludique!
Remarque: 2 enfants maximum par adulte. Un coach certifié sera présent pour les conseils et la sécurité.
